Construction of a business center on St. Naukova 7b, 2015-2016. - 10,000m3 of reinforced concrete was installed. Work was carried out around the clock - installation of a monolithic reinforced concrete frame. The object won in the Office Development nomination of the "European Property Awards" competition. In 2017, the object received the 2017 Eastern European countries award: OFFICE PROJECT OF THE YEAR and Innovation in the field of "green construction" (INNOVATIVE GREEN BUILDING OF THE YEAR). In 2016, the object received the first BREEAM In-Use International certificate in Ukraine - the rating "Very Good" and the distinction in the international competition "Crystal Brick" for the best construction investment on both sides of the eastern border of Europe.
